Placing an order:
To place an order with Enabling
Technologies you may send an institutional purchase order to
us by mail, by fax or by email. You may mail us a check. You
may send us a wire transfer. You may place your order by
phone using a major credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express). Or if you prefer to order
online you may place your order using our online store.

Order Cancellation, Returns
and Refund Policies:
Order Cancellation: Orders that
have not been shipped may be cancelled without any fees.
Orders that have been shipped will be charged a 15%
restocking fee, plus shipping and handling charges.
Returns: Orders that have
shipped may be returned to Enabling Technologies with prior
authorization within 30 days. There will be a 15% restocking
fee, plus shipping and handling charges. Software, Braille
paper and adapter cables may not be returned. When returning
a Braille Embosser it must be returned in the original
manufacturers packaging in new condition with all
accessories. Any damage becomes the responsibility of the
customer.
Refunds: Any refunds issued by
Enabling Technologies will be in the form of a check.

Enabling Technologies Customer Support
Department provides product support for products we
manufacture and sell by phone or by email. Our support hours
are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern time, Monday thru Friday,
excluding the company's standard holidays. Also, you may

Warranty Statement:
Enabling Technologies warrants all
parts and workmanship of our Braille Embossers to be free of
defects for a period of one year (365 days) from date of
delivery. This warranty is extended only to the original
purchaser.
If your Enabling Technologies Braille
Embosser requires service within the warranty period,
Enabling Technologies provides our customers located in the
United States with complimentary round trip shipping, via
ground service, to and from our factory in Jensen Beach,
Florida USA for any eligible warranty repairs.
Prior to the expiration of your
original factory warranty Enabling Technologies will provide
you with the option of purchasing an annual Service
Maintenance Agreement (SMA). Information about our Service
